Alterations in microRNA Expression during Hematopoietic Stem Cell Mobilization.

Specific microRNAs (miRNAs) impact hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) mobilization. This study found that hsa-miR-146a-5p levels correlate with CD34+ cell collection efficiency in patients undergoing autologous stem cell transplantation.

- The investigated microRNAs, particularly hsa-miR-146a-5p, appear to influence the efficacy of HSC mobilization.
- hsa-miR-146a-5p may serve as a potential biomarker for predicting CD34+ cell collection success.
