Summary

Repeated intra-articular hyaluronic acid (IA-HA) injections and multimodal therapy significantly delay total knee arthroplasty (TKA) for knee osteoarthritis (OA) patients. Combining IA-HA with bracing and corticosteroids offers the longest delay before TKA is needed.
