Hypofractionated image-guided radiotherapy (IGRT) did not improve survival compared to conventional radiotherapy (CFRT) for patients with stage II/III non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) ineligible for chemotherapy. Further research is needed to confirm equivalence between these lung cancer treatment options.
