Summary

This study introduces magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) accelerated tissue clearing, a fast and inexpensive method to render opaque biological samples transparent for fluorescence microscopy. This technique also enhances antibody penetration, enabling detailed 3D anatomical analysis of large tissues.
