Association of ERCC gene polymorphism with osteosarcoma risk

This meta-analysis found that ERCC gene polymorphisms are not linked to osteosarcoma risk. However, specific ERCC2 (Excision Repair Cross-Complementation group 2) gene variants were associated with overall survival in osteosarcoma patients.
