Role of Intratympanic Dexamethasone for Intractable Posterior Canal Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo

Intractable benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) can be treated with intratympanic dexamethasone injections. This study found promising results for refractory BPPV cases unresponsive to repositioning maneuvers.
