Purpose of the Study:

• To present a versatile mastopexy technique developed over 11 years of surgical practice.
• To evaluate the applicability of the technique across different breast types and ptosis severities.
• To assess the efficacy and safety of the described mastopexy procedure.

Main Methods:

• A retrospective analysis of 67 female patients undergoing mastopexy between January 2009 and March 2020.
• Utilized a periareolar approach for Grade I ptosis and an inverted "T" approach for severe ptosis.
• Involved skin excision, creation of three breast tissue flaps, retromammary dissection, flap anchoring to pectoral aponeurosis, and flap invagination.

• Sixty-seven patients (ages 36-59) underwent the procedure.
• Low complication rates reported: hematoma (4%), overcorrection (4%), dehiscence (3.3%), residual ptosis (2.7%), pathological scarring (2.7%), rotation folds (2%).
