To conduct a scoping review of oral sensorimotor interventions for paediatric chewing dysfunction.
To examine the extent, range, and nature of existing evidence.
To inform future research priorities and guideline development.

A five-phase scoping review process was employed.
Included peer-reviewed, English-language studies on paediatric populations with oral sensorimotor or chewing interventions.
Data extracted included study design, population, intervention, comparators, and outcomes.

Twenty-one studies were included, with 53% focusing on children with cerebral palsy.
Interventions were consistently multi-component, utilizing diverse study designs.
A wide array of outcome measures were used, with few controlled trials identified.

Conclusions:

Sensorimotor interventions demonstrate preliminary effectiveness in specific paediatric populations.
Additional clinical trials across diverse populations are necessary to strengthen the evidence base.
This review highlights the need for consensus-based clinical guidelines and prioritized research.
