Apexoconnection: A Novel Technique to Determine Working Length

The novel Apexoconnection technique and the conventional electronic working length (EWL) method show similar accuracy in determining root canal working length (WL). Both techniques provide reliable results when compared to the real working length (RWL).

- Real working length (RWL) was verified using a dental microscope.

- The comparison between the experimental groups also yielded non-significant results.

- Both the conventional EWL and the novel Apexoconnection technique (EWLc) are equally accurate for determining root canal WL.
- The Apexoconnection technique offers a viable alternative for accurate WL determination in endodontic procedures.
