Summary

This study optimized a 6-plex fluorescent bead-based immunoassay for measuring human IgG to tetanus-diphtheria-acellular pertussis (Tdap) antigens using minimal serum. This multiplex immunoassay (MIA) is the first of its kind established in Australia.
