Temporal changes in sleep quality and knee function following primary total knee arthroplasty: a prospective study

Total knee arthroplasty (TKA) patients experience temporary sleep disturbances post-surgery, with knee function improving over the first year. Early sleep quality strongly correlates with knee function, but this link lessens over time.
