Hematological involvement in pediatric systemic lupus erythematosus: A multi-center study

Hematological abnormalities are common in pediatric Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE). Antiphospholipid antibodies and high SLE disease activity scores are linked to these hematologic issues in children with SLE.

- Positive antiphospholipid antibodies and high SLE disease activity scores are significantly associated with hematological involvement in this population.
