Background:

Ureteral fibroepithelial polyps are uncommon ureteral tumors, representing 2-6% of all such neoplasms.
Diagnosis can be challenging despite advancements in imaging modalities like ultrasonography, computed tomography, and retrograde pyelography.

Observation:

This case report details a patient diagnosed with a fibroepithelial ureteral polyp.
The polyp's size and location necessitated specific management strategies.

Findings:

Endoscopic resection was successfully employed as the primary treatment modality for the ureteral fibroepithelial polyp.
In some cases, partial ureteral resection and ureteral reconstruction may be required based on polyp characteristics.

Implications:

Endoscopic resection is confirmed as the standard and effective treatment for ureteral fibroepithelial polyps.
Post-operative imaging surveillance for approximately one year is advised to monitor for recurrence or complications.
