Polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid (poly ICLC) and polyadenosinic-polyuridylic acid (poly AU) significantly boost natural killer (NK) cell activity in mouse livers. This enhancement of immune response in the liver may have implications for cancer metastasis treatment.
