Human mitochondrial RNase P (mtRNase P) uses three protein subunits to process transfer RNAs (tRNAs). The cryo-EM structure reveals how TRMT10C, SDR5C1, and PRORP proteins recognize and cleave precursor tRNAs for mitochondrial gene expression.
