Functional Fc Gamma Receptor Gene Polymorphisms and Long-Term Kidney Allograft Survival

The FCGR3A-V/F158 gene polymorphism, previously linked to kidney transplant inflammation, did not impact long-term graft survival in a large study. This suggests Fc receptor gene variations may not significantly affect kidney transplant outcomes.
