Prodromal symptoms before multiple sclerosis (MS) diagnosis differ significantly between sexes. Women reported more musculoskeletal, ophthalmic, and mental symptoms, while men showed more cardiovascular and reproductive issues, highlighting gender-specific preclinical MS indicators.
