Summary

Flow cytometry (FCM) is more sensitive than immunohistochemistry (IHC) for detecting CD30 protein expression in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and T-cell lymphoma (TCL). Combining both IHC and FCM ensures reliable CD30 detection.
