Does piriformis muscle syndrome impair postural balance? A case control study

Patients with piriformis muscle syndrome (PMS) show significant postural balance impairments and reduced quality of life compared to healthy controls. These balance deficits, linked to pain and strength asymmetry, should be addressed in rehabilitation programs for PMS patients.
