Prior use of poly-adenosine ribose phosphatase inhibitors (PARPi) significantly reduced progression-free survival (PFS) in patients with recurrent BRCA-mutated ovarian cancer receiving subsequent platinum-based chemotherapy (PBC). PARPi exposure negated the benefits of platinum retreatment.
