Cognitive health after menopause: Does menopausal hormone therapy affect it?

Menopausal Hormone Therapy (MHT) may reduce dementia risk in women, but is not recommended for cognitive improvement in those already diagnosed. Recent data suggests MHT can be safely prescribed for cognition in dementia-free women.
