Vascular anomalies (VA) are uncommon in hand surgery, with pyogenic granuloma (PG) being the most frequent. This study highlights common post-traumatic VAs like arteriovenous fistula (AVF), venous aneurysms (VAN), and venous malformations (VM) encountered in hand surgery practice.
