Different Approach to Manage Demodex Blepharitis - Initial and Maintenance Treatment

This study shows that daily eyelid wipes with terpinen-4-ol (T4O) significantly improve Demodex blepharitis symptoms within four weeks. Continued use of maintenance wipes preserves or enhances these positive outcomes, with good tolerability.
