Axillary pullout syndrome: A novel approach to managing a devastating complication

Axillary pullout syndrome, a severe complication of axillary-femoral bypass, can be safely managed with a hybrid approach. This method combines endovascular and open techniques to control hemorrhage and reinforce the anastomosis.
