Summary

Ultrahigh-resolution CT (UHRCT) offers superior computed tomography angiography (CTA) imaging for deep inferior epigastric artery perforator (DIEP) flaps compared to multidetector CT (MDCT). UHRCT demonstrates significantly higher CT values in peripheral vessels, including the DIEP itself.
