Summary

Adjustable-loop devices (ALDs) like the ToggleLoc with zip loop show good clinical outcomes and knee stability after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR). This study found relatively little bone tunnel enlargement in both single and double bundle reconstruction groups.
