- Mobile phase: phosphate buffer (pH 3.5) and acetonitrile (60:40 v/v).
- UV detection at 308 nm, flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.

- The method demonstrated excellent linearity (R²=0.9993) over a wide concentration range (0.5-150%).
- Low limits of detection (LOD=0.005 μg/ml) and quantification (LOQ=0.01 μg/ml) were achieved.
- The method was successfully applied to assay and in-vitro dissolution studies of daclatasvir dihydrochloride tablets.
