Rasch modeling with stacking and racking data analysis techniques were employed.

Main Results:

CHVs' skills in measuring infants and toddlers significantly improved post-training (2.68 and 3.34 logits, respectively; p < 0.01).
Perceived difficulty of measurement items decreased significantly (2.61 and 3.07 logits for infant and toddler measurements, respectively; p < 0.01).
The reduction in measurement difficulty was greater for infants than for toddlers.

Conclusions:

Regular refresher training is essential for CHVs to maintain their child growth monitoring capacity.
Standardized training and assessment protocols enhance CHV reliability in anthropometric measurements.
Improved CHV skills contribute to more accurate nutritional status assessment in young children.
