Oat Cell Carcinoma Lung Presenting as Chest Wall Swelling

Chest wall swelling from lung cancer is rare and difficult to diagnose. This case highlights a peripherally located lung malignancy extending to the chest wall, diagnosed as metastatic small cell carcinoma.
