    Summary

    Enterobius vermicularis, commonly known as threadworm or pinworm, can cause granulomas in unusual locations. This case details generalized intraperitoneal oxyuris granulomas found incidentally during surgery.

    • The patient was undergoing surgery for a tuboovarian abscess.
