    Summary

    The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Robotic Optical Scattering Instrument (ROSI) is a new reference instrument for precise bidirectional reflectance measurements. ROSI validates NIST's reflectance scale across UV to SWIR wavelengths.
