Occupational depression, measured by the Occupational Depression Inventory (ODI), is linked to lower cognitive performance and a negative experience of challenging tasks. This suggests a potential cycle that maintains depressive symptoms in the workplace.

Purpose of the Study:

  • A sample of 1,359 educational staff members participated.
