    Metastatic osteogenic sarcoma showed limited response to adriamycin and cyclophosphamide. Escalating cyclophosphamide doses did not improve outcomes for advanced osteosarcoma patients.

    • To evaluate the efficacy of cyclophosphamide, adriamycin, and high-dose methotrexate in patients with metastatic osteogenic sarcoma.
    • To assess the impact of cyclophosphamide dose escalation on treatment response.

    • Eleven patients with metastatic osteogenic sarcoma were treated with a combination of chemotherapy agents.
    • Cyclophosphamide dosage was escalated in cases of metastatic progression.
