Paradoxical psoriasis (PP) can emerge or worsen in patients receiving biological drugs, primarily anti-tumor necrosis factor-alpha (anti-TNFα) therapies. This reversible side effect often resolves upon drug discontinuation, though recurrence is possible with continued anti-TNFα treatment.
