The Real-World Experience With Single Agent Ibrutinib in Relapsed/Refractory CLL

Single-agent ibrutinib shows good safety and efficacy in relapsed/refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) patients in real-world practice. Response to ibrutinib therapy was significantly associated with overall survival (OS).
