Comparative analysis of two optical biometry devices: high wavelength swept source OCT versus partial coherence

This study found good reproducibility in swept source optical coherence tomography (SSOCT) and partial coherence interferometry (PCI) biometers for measuring anterior keratometry and axial length. However, significant differences in white-to-white measurements and calculated intraocular lens power were noted for some formulas.
