A new ratiometric fluorescence sensor using carbon quantum dots and molybdenum oxide nanosheets enables sensitive detection of ascorbic acid (AA). This AND-NAND logic-based sensor accurately measures AA in fruits, with applications in computing and environmental monitoring.
