Combined Anticoagulation and Antiaggregation in Acute Cervical Artery Dissection

Combining anticoagulation (AC) plus antiplatelet therapy (AT) for cervical artery dissection (CAD) shows faster recanalization than AC or AT alone. This combination therapy appears safe, with similar adverse event rates to single therapies.
