Multimodal Network Architecture for Shared Situational Awareness amongst Vessels

This study introduces a multimodal network architecture for maritime Industry 4.0, enabling shared situational awareness (SSA) by integrating all vessel network interfaces. The system is environment-aware and technology-agnostic, ensuring seamless communication for diverse vessel capabilities.
