    Glove-related hand urticaria, often underdiagnosed, presents as skin reactions to disposable gloves. Healthcare workers with dermographism and negative allergy tests should consider this diagnosis.

    • A nurse experienced recurrent hand urticaria after wearing disposable gloves, regardless of material.
    • Allergy tests, including patch tests and IgE analysis, were negative.
    • Dermographism was present, and symptoms worsened with tight-fitting gloves.
