Summary
Neurological dysfunction, including seizures and motor weakness, was reported following a Lebanese viper bite. This is the first documented case of such effects from Montivipera bornmuelleri.

- Urodynamic studies revealed complete bladder areflexia, indicating a significant impact on autonomic bladder function.

- This case highlights a previously unreported neurological manifestation of Montivipera bornmuelleri envenomation.
- Further research into the specific venom components and mechanisms responsible for neurotoxicity is warranted to improve patient management and develop targeted treatments.
