Interfascial plane blocks, including pectoral, serratus anterior, erector spinae, and rhomboid blocks, are increasingly used for thoracic surgery analgesia. While not providing surgical anesthesia, these ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia techniques offer significant pain relief.
