  • This is the first study to report a positive association between Meniere's disease and a prior history of asthma in adults.
  • The link between asthma and Meniere's disease exists for both allergic and nonallergic asthma subtypes.
  • Clinicians should consider the potential development of Meniere's disease in asthma patients experiencing dizziness or vertigo.
