Sertraline for Functional Recovery After Acute Ischemic Stroke: A Prospective Observational Study

Early sertraline treatment may improve functional recovery in acute ischemic stroke patients with motor deficits. This selective serotonin-reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) also showed a trend towards reducing new-onset post-stroke depression.
