Antimicrobial Resistance Patterns in Diabetic Foot Infections, an Epidemiological Study in Northeastern Italy

Diabetic foot infections are often caused by Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Many MRSA strains show multi-drug resistance, posing treatment challenges.

- Continuous surveillance of bacterial epidemiology and resistance patterns is essential for managing DFIs effectively.
