Disruptive NADSYN1 Variants Implicated in Congenital Vertebral Malformations

Genetic variants in the NADSYN1 gene cause congenital vertebral malformations (CVMs) and other organ defects by disrupting nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) synthesis. This study identifies new NADSYN1 variants linked to CVMs and NAD Deficiency Disorder.
