Trocar site hernia after gastric sleeve

Trocar site hernias (TSH) occur in 21.5% of patients after laparoscopic gastric sleeve surgery, primarily at the umbilical site. Most hernias were asymptomatic, indicating a need for further research into symptomatic TSH proportions.
