Angioblastic meningioma presenting as a pain in the temporomandibular joint

A case of angioblastic meningioma is presented where the presenting symptom was severe TM pain. Theories based on a "referred pain" mechanism, vascular traction, or both, are discussed and suggested as an explanation.
