A three-year longitudinal study of retinal function and structure in patients with multiple sclerosis

Multiple sclerosis (MS) patients show changes in retinal function, measured by electroretinogram (ERG), linked to increased disability. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) remained stable, suggesting bipolar cell dysfunction in MS.
