Endothelial cell autophagy keeps neutrophil trafficking under control

Endothelial cell autophagy negatively regulates neutrophil diapedesis during inflammation. Inhibiting autophagy increases neutrophil infiltration, while inducing it reduces migration, revealing a key brake on leukocyte trafficking.
